Power Up Women’s Leadership Conference Returns for 7th Year

NEW ORLEANS – The New Orleans Chamber of Commerce has announced its 7th annual Power Up: Women’s Leadership Conference slated for March 13 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

Sponsored by Fidelity Bank P.O.W.E.R. (Potential of Women Entrepreneurs Realized), the Women’s Leadership Conference was developed in 2019 as the South’s first collaborative event connecting like-minded businesswomen of diverse backgrounds throughout the region, pursuing career advancement and networking opportunities.

Proceeds from the conference benefit the Chamber Foundation, a 501(c)(3) subsidiary of the New Orleans Chamber, created to advance the mission of the Chamber and positively impact the quality of life for New Orleanians through education and community development.

“The New Orleans Chamber of Commerce has served as a hub for women business leaders and entrepreneurs for over 20 years,” said Sandra Lombana Lindquist, New Orleans Chamber of Commerce’s President & CEO. “Women own over 45% of small businesses in Louisiana, accounting for almost half the state’s economy. As the voice of the business community, the Chamber is dedicated to ensuring spaces where women professionals can connect and reflect to drive our economy forward.”

Through dynamic breakout sessions, attendees will dive into leadership mindset shifts, resilience, well-being, connection and modern tools shaping today’s workplaces.
